The seventh season of the Naruto: Shippudenanime series is directed by Hayato Date, and produced by Studio Pierrot and TV Tokyo. The seventh season aired from January 21 to March 11, 2010 on TV Tokyo in Japan.[1] The anime only season follows Naruto Uzumaki attempting to destroy the Forbidden Jutsu. It is referred to by its DVDs as the chapter of The Six-Tailed Demon Slug (å

The two DVD volumes were released by Aniplex on August 4 and September 1, 2010.[2] On January 2, 2009, Viz Media and Crunchyroll began providing the series' subtitled episodes.[3] The English dubbed version of the season aired on Neon Alley from February 4 to 16, 2013. The season would make it's English television debut on Adult Swim's Toonami block and premiere from February 4 to March 25, 2017.
This season contains two musical themes: 'Sign' by Flow is used as the opening theme and 'For You' by Azu is used as the ending theme.

The episodes for the twentieth season of the anime series Naruto: Shippuden are based on Part II for Masashi Kishimoto's mangaseries. The season focuses on Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno and Kakashi Hatake attempting to defeat Kaguya Åtsutsuki and Zetsu, the ones behind the activation of the Infinite Tsukuyomi. There is also a side story revolving around Itachi Uchiha's life in the Leaf Village and his early days in the Akatsuki. The episodes are directed by Hayato Date, and produced by Studio Pierrot and TV Tokyo.[1]
The season aired from May 2015 to October 2016.[2] The DVD collection was released on February 3, 2017 under the title of Infinite Tsukuyomi: The Invocation (ç¡éæèªã»çºåã®ç« Mugen Tsukiyomi: HatsudÅ no ShÅ).
The season contains nine musical themes, including three openings and six endings. The first opening theme, 'Kaze' (風, 'Wind') by Yamazaru, is used from episode 414 to 431. The second opening theme, 'LINE' by Sukima Switch, is used from episode 432 to 458. The third opening theme, 'Blood Circulator' by Asian Kung-Fu Generation, is used from episode 459 to 479. The first ending theme, 'Kotoba no Iranai Yakusoku' (è¨èã®ãããªãç´æ, 'A Promise That Needs No Words') by sana, is used from episode 414 to 417. The second ending theme, 'Niji no Sora' (è¹ã®ç©º, 'Rainbow's Sky') by FLOW, is used from episode 418 to 431. The third ending theme, 'Troublemaker' (ãã©ãã«ã¡ã¤ã«ã¼ToraburumeikÄ) by KANIKAPILA, is used from episode 432 to 443. The fourth ending theme, 'Like You, Like Me' (ãããªåããããªåSonna Kimi, Konna Boku) by Thinking Dogs, is used from episode 444 to 454. The fifth ending theme, 'Blue Lullaby' (éã®ã©ã©ãã¤Ao no Rarabai) by Kuroneko Chelsea, is used from episode 455 to 466. The sixth ending theme, 'Pino and Amélie' (ããã¨ã¢ã¡ãª,Pino to Ameri) by Huwie Ishizaki, is used from episode 467 to 479.
